Jeffrey "Bingo Boy" Bowman, Roxy and our celebrity ball callers -- Kirsten Vangsness (@Vangsness) and Paget Brewster (@pagetpaget) from Criminal Minds -- put on a wildly outrageous night at Hamburger Mary's in West Hollywood.
